Chris Szoke, ANP, is an adult nurse practitioner at Priority Medical Group, providing health care to teenagers and adults at three convenient locations in Scottsdale, Tempe, and Tucson, Arizona.
Chris was born and raised in Wantagh, New York. He began his professional pursuits at Pace University in New York City, earning his undergraduate degree. The next year, Chris moved west and enrolled at Arizona State University in Tempe, obtaining his graduate degree.
Chris diagnoses and treats various acute and chronic conditions, but as a Type 1 diabetic and a clinical diabetes specialist, he has a special interest in blood sugar management. Specifically, Chris specializes in insulin pump therapy, the placement of external and implantable continuous glucose sensors, and treatment with novel medications that promote weight loss.
Outside of the office, Chris loves spending time with his two daughters. He also enjoys playing tennis and chess and reading. Chris grew up playing hockey and is a diehard Montreal Canadiens fan. He welcomes anyone seeking improved diabetes management to Priority Medical Group today.
