This Dr. is the very best. He hears what you are saying and understands how to help you. When other doctors would not listen to me, he listened and got me the help I needed. I am very satisfied with my interactions with Dr. Tjalas. After trying to contact my local office to schedule an appointment, the phone call was rerouted to Dr. Tjalas. He kindly explained that while the office I was trying to reach was no longer open, he would be happy to help me. Dr. Tjalas was able to have a telemedicine check up with me right there and then. I have heard horror stories of patients unable to contact or set up appointments with their doctors, and this is not the case with Dr. Tjalas. He is responsive to all messages, punctual, courteous, and compassionate about his work. I am beyond pleased with my experience in working with him.

Kathy Nafisi, Nurse P is A Genuinely good, caring, intelligent professional! I am 68 years old & Kathy is like doctors of the past when they took the time to LISTEN to what your underlying causes are. She works “with” the patient. Doctors are not allowed much time for an appt so it’s comforting to know that she cares enough to do the right thing. She even attends to patients when she is greatly suffering from a migraine herself!! I have great respect for her.

Love everything about this place but some of confusion on billing at times. Minor but hard to talk about so makes us anxious at times?

Kathy is always helpfull with suggestions on medical advice. She thoroughl when reviewing labs and xrays, and always listens to what ails me.

He’s wonderful and knowledgeable and patient. My daughter and I both see Dr Durbin and she feels so comfortable talking with him. He is a very good diagnostician and always a good listener. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. The front desk ladies are also very helpful and welcoming.
